Accordingly, the Trade Union and VNPT Group (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) have organized occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ) training for 78 personnel belonging to group 2 (people working in ATVSLĐ), including full-time and part-time personnel on ATVSLĐ of the Group's Human Resources Department and units under the Group.
The training conference is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 is theoretical training, trainees participate in online learning on the Group's E-learning system; phase 2 is focused training in Da Nang City, trainees are taught knowledge about the system of policies and laws on OSH.
In particular, trainees are disseminated knowledge about occupational safety and health professional work with detailed contents such as: organization of the apparatus, management and implementation of regulations on occupational safety and health at units; building internal regulations, rules, procedures, and measures to ensure occupational safety and health; defining responsibilities and assigning powers on occupational safety and health work; safety culture in production and business; basic knowledge of hazardous and harmful factors, preventive measures, and improvement of working conditions; building and urging the implementation of annual occupational safety and health plans; analyzing and assessing risks and developing emergency response plans; building a management system on occupational safety and health; professional work of self-inspection; occupational accident investigation work; requirements of inspection, training and monitoring of the working environment; management of machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict occupational safety and health requirements; information, propaganda, and training activities on occupational safety and health; first aid for occupational accidents, occupational disease prevention and treatment for workers.
The training program also includes specialized training content: General knowledge of machinery, equipment, materials, substances that generate dangerous and harmful factors; safe working procedures with machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict requirements on OSH.
Also at the training program, the trainees also shared experiences in deploying occupational safety and health work in the Group.
