VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has just organized the 2nd Expanded Executive Committee Conference, term III, term 2025-2030, combined with the Conference to deploy VNPT culture and Innovation of VNPT Trade Union in 2026 with the theme "Innovation - Firmly taking the lead".
The conference focused on discussing, giving opinions and approving a number of important contents such as: Regulations on transferring and seconding full-time trade union officials; plans for arranging trade unions in joint-stock companies; deploying the program "Improving VNPT employee happiness index" for the period 2026-2030 and assessing employee satisfaction with grassroots trade union organizations.
According to the VNPT Trade Union, these are important contents, aimed at perfecting the organization, improving the quality of trade union officials, increasing the value of caring for employees, towards building a professional, modern and quickly adapting trade union organization to the new production and business model.
At the conference on Deploying VNPT Culture and Innovation of VNPT Trade Union, delegates listened to the group leaders thoroughly understand the foundation of VNPT culture in the new period - associated with the group's development strategy; specialized reports such as: Deploying VNPT culture - spiritual fire, harmoniously connecting the past - present - future; Trade union accompanying professionals to improve the quality of human resources, retain and attract high-quality human resources, propose mechanisms and policies to create motivation and breakthroughs to open up new growth spaces; Program to innovate emulation movements with the motto of improving productivity and efficiency...
According to the VNPT Trade Union, in the context that the group is entering a new stage of development with many opportunities and challenges, building and spreading corporate culture has become a spiritual foundation, contributing to uniting VNPT people, creating consensus in will, promoting innovation, improving production and business efficiency and creating internal strength for the group's breakthrough and sustainable development.
