On December 4, Mr. Pham Tuan Tu - Chairman of Binh Duong Ward Trade Union and officials from the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union visited and worked with the Trade Union of Transformer Robotics Pte Company Limited.
The working program aims to grasp the situation of trade union activities and at the same time guide the preparation for the organization of the new term Trade Union Congress.
At the meeting, the working delegation listened to the Trade Union of Transformer Robotics Pte Company Limited report on activities to care for the lives, policies for union members and workers; coordination with businesses in building a safe and stable working environment; movement activities and building a strong trade union organization; preparation progress for the Trade Union Congress.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Tuan Tu highly appreciated the initiative of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Transformer Robotics Pte Company Limited in organizing activities to care for union members and workers. At the same time, it is recommended that the unit continue reviewing documents, personnel, and plans for assigning tasks, ensuring the organization of the congress in accordance with procedures, democracy, and efficiency.

According to records, there are currently 8 industrial parks and clusters in Binh Duong ward with 1,522 units and enterprises with 80,611 workers and laborers. Recently, the situation of workers in the ward has been stable, there have been no large-scale strikes. Currently, the lives of workers still face many difficulties, especially illegal workers. Some low-income workers are always worried about the situation of high prices affecting the quality of life.
