According to regulations, the two units will strengthen coordination in propaganda and dissemination of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies to union members, employees and employers, focusing on applying information technology and digital transformation to improve communication efficiency.
At the same time, coordinate to inspect and supervise the implementation of insurance policies at agencies, units, and businesses; urge units that are late in paying and owing social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and trade union funds.
The two sides also agreed to strengthen exchanges and provide information on the social insurance participation situation of enterprises to serve the management and development of union members; coordinate to resolve complaints and petitions of employees and handle violations of insurance laws.
In addition, promptly commend units that well implement insurance policies, and at the same time propose handling cases of intentional violations.
According to the plan, every year the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union and the Dien Ban Grassroots Social Insurance will take turns presiding over the organization of preliminary reviews and assessments of the results of the regulation implementation, promptly removing arising difficulties and obstacles.
