News from the Trade Union of Dien Ban Ward, Da Nang City on May 16th said: The Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Da Thanh Trading and Production Joint Stock Company.
The conference was attended by Mr. Huynh Duc Chinh - Director of the Company and the full presence of all employees at the unit.
Previously, implementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the policy of developing union members in all types of enterprises, the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union proactively coordinated with the leaders of Da Thanh Trading and Production Joint Stock Company in propaganda and mobilization work.
Understanding the rights and obligations when participating in the organization, the collective of workers voluntarily wrote applications to join the Trade Union organization.
At the conference, the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union announced the decisions of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on admitting 39 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; establishing the grassroots Trade Union of Da Thanh Trading and Production Joint Stock Company; appointing the Executive Committee consisting of 3 members, Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh Binh to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
The establishment of a grassroots Trade Union at Da Thanh Company is not only a great joy for workers but also affirms the vision of the Company's Board of Directors in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
This will be a solid bridge to help protect legitimate rights and create motivation for workers to feel secure in contributing and promoting sustainable business development.
