On March 23, the Trade Union of Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union of Da Nang Digital Transformation and Strategic Technology Center.
This is an important milestone, showing the responsibility and dynamism in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions of Hai Chau Ward Trade Union.
According to the decision of the City Labor Federation, the Trade Union of Da Nang Digital Transformation and Strategic Technology Center was established with 117 union members. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union includes 7 members.
Mr. Tran Quoc Huy was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union; Ms. Trinh Thi Ngoc Ly holds the position of Vice Chairman. At the same time, the Trade Union Inspection Committee consists of 5 members to ensure good implementation of inspection and supervision work according to regulations.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hai Chau Ward Trade Union congratulated the Da Nang Digital Transformation and Strategic Technology Center Trade Union on its establishment, and welcomed 117 official workers to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Mr. Trung emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions not only creates conditions for workers to be protected in their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, but is also an important bridge between workers and unit leaders.
The Chairman of Hai Chau Ward Trade Union proposed that in the coming time, the Trade Union of Da Nang Digital Transformation and Strategic Technology Center promote its representative role, take care of the material and spiritual life of union members; actively organize creative labor emulation movements, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, contributing to the digital transformation and socio-economic development of Da Nang city.
