The activities are organized to practically celebrate the important events of the country; celebrate the success of the 16th National Assembly and People's Council elections at all levels for the 2026–2031 term; celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 – March 29, 2026); towards celebrating the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and celebrating Vietnam Social Work Day.
Nuoc Oa Relic Site is a strategic "safe zone" of the Party Committee and the Command of Military Region 5 during the anti-American resistance war in the period 1960 – 1973. In 1992, this place was recognized as a national historical and cultural relic, with many important relic sites such as the Party Committee, the base of the Command of Military Region 5, contributing to revolutionary tradition education for generations.
At the program, the delegation organized incense offering and visited some items in the relic site. At the same time, the delegation presented 20 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND, to 20 policy families; presented ao dai to women's union members in Tra Tan commune in difficult circumstances, thereby expressing gratitude, sharing and contributing to strengthening links with the locality.
