News from the Hai Van Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 18 said: Hai Van Ward Trade Union organizes the 2026 Sports Day for workers, civil servants, and laborers at Hoa Hoa Bac Trading & Tourism Services Joint Stock Company.
This is a practical activity to continue to affirm the strong development of the physical education and sports movement among union members and workers in the ward; and at the same time create a useful playground, strengthen the spirit of solidarity and exchange between grassroots trade unions and affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The festival attracted the participation of 10 teams with nearly 250 athletes who are officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers from grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions in the area.
The teams competed in 4 categories including: folk dance, tug-of-war, sack dancing and balloon train. These are all highly collective competitions, requiring smooth coordination, solidarity and dexterity of members.
Lively folk dance performances, fierce tug-of-war or sack dancing competitions, and fun balloon trains brought a lively, exciting and laughing atmosphere to the festival.
In particular, the teams showed enthusiastic, honest, and noble competition spirit, contributing to the success of the program. Many exciting and dramatic competitions took place, attracting enthusiastic cheers from the audience. This shows the positive spread of the movement to practice physical exercise and sports among union members and workers in Hai Van ward.
Through the festival, the Ward Trade Union wishes to continue to promote the cultural, artistic, and sports movement among union members and workers; create an environment for exchange, learning, improving spiritual life and building solidarity and attachment between units.
