At the training class, workers are disseminated about the State's policies and regulations on OSH; identifying specific hazardous and toxic factors such as complex traffic, harsh weather, chemicals, sharp objects, electrical equipment...
In addition, workers are guided on safe working procedures on the streets, at the electrical system; how to use, inspect and preserve personal protective equipment such as reflective clothing, gloves, specialized masks, protective shoes, and hard hats.
The training class also equips first aid skills on the spot for some situations such as cutting hands, feet, heatstroke, electric shock or traffic collisions during work.

Through this activity, workers and laborers raise awareness of complying with OSH regulations, proactively preventing and handling dangerous situations, contributing to ensuring safety in the working process.
Occupational safety and health training activities are regularly maintained by the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Ky Urban Public Service Joint Stock Company, demonstrating the coordination between the Trade Union and businesses in caring for and protecting the health and lives of workers.
