News from the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay ward, Da Nang city on April 13 said: Implementing the 2026 work program, the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay ward has organized a professional training class on trade union financial work, skills in workplace dialogue, negotiation, signing of collective labor agreements and deploying grassroots democracy regulations for grassroots trade union officials directly under it.
Attending the training class were comrades in the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and accountants of grassroots trade unions. This is a practical activity to improve the capacity and professional qualifications of trade union officials in the new situation.
At the training session, the trainees listened to reporters from the City Labor Federation conveying many important contents on trade union financial work such as: new regulations on revenue, expenditure and trade union financial management; cost estimation, compliance and finalization procedures; financial inspection and supervision at the grassroots level. In addition, the trainees were also answered about difficulties and obstacles arising in practical implementation at the unit.
In addition to financial content, the training class also focuses on skills in workplace dialogue and collective bargaining.
Delegates were specifically guided on the negotiation process, how to draft collective labor agreements, methods of collecting workers' opinions as well as important notes in the process of signing and organizing implementation.
At the same time, the content on implementing grassroots democracy regulations has also been deeply implemented, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities.
Through the training class, the team of grassroots trade union officials has been equipped with more necessary knowledge and skills to perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
This is also an opportunity for units to exchange experiences and learn from each other in the process of organizing trade union activities.
