News from the Trade Union of Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City on April 6 said: Implementing Plan No. 06/KH-CĐP dated March 27, 2026 of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, the Trade Union of Huong Tra Ward organized a training program on digital technology skills, artificial intelligence (AI) application and financial and property work for grassroots trade union officials.
The program was attended by more than 70 union members who are members of the Executive Committee, members of the Inspection Committee and accounting officers of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
This is a practical activity to improve professional qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements of renovating trade union activities in the current digital transformation context.
At the conference, delegates listened to two key topics. In the topic on the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI), Dr. Huynh Tan Khai - Digital Technology Expert, Quang Nam University introduced modern AI tools, guiding how to apply them to practical work such as drafting documents, processing information, supporting management and improving the effectiveness of trade union communication.
In addition, the topic on finance and trade union assets presented by Comrade Le Thao Huyen Trang - Reporter of the City Labor Federation focused on clarifying regulations on revenue and expenditure management, use and preservation of trade union assets, contributing to ensuring publicity, transparency, and compliance with current regulations.
Through the training program, grassroots trade union officials are equipped with more necessary knowledge and skills, especially the ability to apply digital technology and artificial intelligence to practical activities.
Thereby contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, and at the same time taking better care of and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
