The purpose of "Each female union member - Adding one skill" is to continue to innovate women's work activities according to the motto of strengthening the grassroots level, creating conditions for grassroots trade unions and the Mass Women's Committee to proactively select, design and organize activities suitable to the specific characteristics of each unit.
Accordingly, the Mass Women's Committee proactively surveys the needs of female union members and advises the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee to select appropriate content such as applying AI and digital technology in work; communication and presentation skills; photography, video recording, communication design; time management, personal and family financial management; arranging flowers, pruning flowers from vegetables, tubers, and fruits; cooking, baking; makeup, building office image; first aid, health care; professional skills suitable for each unit... The ward Trade Union encourages the "I am good - I share" model, in which union members have skills to directly guide and share with colleagues.
Along with the series of activities, the Ward Trade Union implements "Phu Thuong Trade Union Flowers", encouraging each grassroots trade union to introduce at least one female union member with a beautiful story, a sense of responsibility, initiative, overcoming difficulties, helping colleagues or having meaningful work.
Each story is briefly introduced, accompanied by real images for the Ward Trade Union and the Women's Union Club to choose to propagate and spread. The requirement is that activities must be substantive, practical, and suitable to the conditions of each grassroots trade union; not administrative, not imposing a common model, not running after scale and form. Strive for 100% of grassroots trade unions to have female union members implement or respond to at least 1 appropriate activity. Female union members must be the subjects to participate and benefit, not just the subjects to be propagated or participated in. The Ward Trade Union encourages activities with specific products and results; prioritize activities to equip skills, care for union members, exchange, connect and spread positive values...
The work of the Phu Thuong Ward Trade Union helps the Mass Women's Committee promote its role in caring for, supporting, and improving skills for female union members; and at the same time discover and spread good models, creative ways of doing things, and beautiful stories.
