On October 22, Mr. Le Trong Nguyen, Chairman of the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City, said: Immediately after the decision to establish the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union (July 1, 2025), the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union has focused on working with 12 units and enterprises on the establishment of the Trade Union organization.
Currently, preparing the necessary conditions to launch 3 grassroots unions at Tao Do, Viet Anh and Creative Preschool kindergartens with a total of 175 union members is being carried out.
The Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union is also implementing guidance, exemplaryising admission procedures and admission rituals for union members, while standardizing the way of organizing activities at the grassroots Trade Union in a solemn and concise way, all for the practical benefits of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers.
According to Mr. Le Trong Nguyen, in the 2025-2030 term, the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union strives to establish a grassroots Trade Union for 100% of units and enterprises with 20 or more employees; at the same time, develop 1,500 new union members.
At the same time, at least 90% of grassroots trade unions at enterprises and private kindergartens negotiated and signed Collective Labor Agreements.
Strive for 100% of cases of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers who need advice and debate on legal and legitimate rights and interests to have union representatives participate or support.
