Innovating the method of operation in a practical direction, enhancing digital transformation, applying technology in union member management, communication, vocational training; promoting interaction through social networks to reach young union members.
In particular, it will continue to replicate the model of "Self-managed workers' group in boarding houses" as a core of solidarity in the community. Currently, there are 31 "Self-managed workers' groups in the boarding house" in Lien Chieu ward.
