    Quang Tri - Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union works with businesses to grasp the operating situation, promote union member development, and establish grassroots trade unions.

    On April 29, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union had organized a working session with a number of businesses in the area, including: Thanh Tam Mineral Joint Stock Company; Nguyen Tuan Hoang One Member Limited Liability Company; Nam Long Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company.

    At the working session, the Ward Trade Union grasped the production and business situation of enterprises; and at the same time propagated and mobilized employers and employees to participate in developing union members, towards establishing grassroots trade unions in eligible units.

    In addition, the working delegation also learned about the signing of labor contracts, the situation of social insurance contributions and the implementation of regimes and policies for employees at enterprises.

    Through this activity, Nam Dong Ha Ward Trade Union promptly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers; and at the same time strengthens connections with businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in the area.
