Da Nang - Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union coordinates with Social Insurance to organize propaganda conferences and direct dialogues on labor, social insurance, and health insurance policies.

On July 4, Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union coordinated with Hoa Cuong Grassroots Social Insurance (BHXH) to organize a conference to disseminate labor laws, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law and dialogue and legal advice for officials, union members, and workers in the ward.

At the conference, representatives of Hoa Cuong grassroots social insurance disseminated new points of the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance and regulations directly related to the rights and obligations of employees. The propaganda content was chosen to be focused, concise and easy to understand, closely following practical issues that employees often encounter in the working process.

Within the framework of the conference, the program "Dialogue - Legal Consulting" took place in an open and frank atmosphere. Many union members and workers asked questions and exchanged views on practical issues such as: labor contracts, salary regimes, procedures for participating in and enjoying social insurance and health insurance regimes, benefits when terminating labor contracts, as well as the implementation of dialogues at the workplace.

The difficult opinions of employees have been received and answered specifically by the leaders of the Ward Trade Union and representatives of Hoa Cuong grassroots social insurance based on current legal regulations.

This direct dialogue activity contributes to helping workers better understand the provisions of law, fully understand their rights and obligations in labor relations. Thereby, supporting the reduction of unnecessary labor disputes at the grassroots level and contributing to consolidating the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization towards workers.
