News from Tam Ky Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on June 24 said: Implementing the 2026 work program, Tam Ky Ward Trade Union organized a trade union professional training conference with the participation of more than 50 delegates who are trade union officials at affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The conference is organized to improve knowledge and professional skills for grassroots trade union officials, contributing to meeting the requirements of task implementation in the new situation.
At the training session, delegates listened to reporters from the Da Nang City Labor Federation conveying 2 key topics: updating regulations on trade union accounting regimes, guiding the implementation of accounting, preparing financial statements, and finalizing trade union expenses; fostering skills in workplace dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.
Through the training class, the team of trade union officials is equipped with more knowledge and practical skills, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities, effectively implementing financial management, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and building the Tam Ky Ward Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong.
