News from the Tam Ky Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on April 29 said: The Tam Ky Ward Trade Union is implementing the program "Wings of Dreams" for 2 students from poor households in the ward to overcome difficulties and rise up in their studies.
This is an activity to concretize the Resolution of the Tam Ky Ward Party Committee on the poverty reduction program for the period 2025-2030, the plan of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the ward on a number of solutions to support poor and near-poor households to rise up in life.
With a humane and practical spirit, the Executive Committee of Tam Ky Ward Trade Union called on leaders of agencies, units, businesses, grassroots trade union organizations, and philanthropists to join hands with the Ward Trade Union to accompany students in the form of monthly support with a budget of 500,000 VND to 1 million VND in the 2026-2027 school year.
The long-term goal is for the Ward Trade Union to accompany 2 students throughout the university program to create conditions for students to have motivation to strive to study, become useful people for their families and society.
At the program "Towards the Roots" implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the ward, representatives of the Party Committee - Government - Front together with the Ward Trade Union presented symbolic signs of the program "Wings to Dreams" to poor students overcoming difficulties in the 2026-2027 school year.
