On December 30, the Labor Federation (LDLD) of Nghe An province said that the Standing Committee of Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union organized a conference to summarize Trade Union activities in 2025 and develop orientations and tasks for 2026.
The conference was attended by Ms. Hoang Thi Oanh - Chairwoman of Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union; along with members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of Ward Trade Unions and Chairmen of affiliated grassroots Trade Unions.
At the conference, delegates focused on assessing the results of Trade Union activities in 2025, pointing out shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time discussing and agreeing on directions and tasks for 2026. The focus is on continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation, improving the quality of representation, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
On this occasion, the Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and Trade Union activities in 2025.
