Immediately after being established under Decision No. 1875/QD-LDLD dated September 10, 2025 of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, the Dong Da Ward Labor Union has urgently stabilized the apparatus and built an initial operating regime.
From the early days, the Executive Committee has met and proposed assigning specific tasks, unifying the issuance of Working Regulations of the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee to ensure the principle of democracy, collective leadership - individuals in charge, clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities.

The factor for Dong Da Ward Trade Union to operate effectively from the time of its establishment is the Ward Trade Union, which identifies the construction of a living standard as the top priority factor. Since its establishment, the Executive Committee has held meetings to deploy work, closely linked to the political tasks of the locality and the instructions of the City Labor Federation.
The work of information, reporting, and archiving records and documents has initially been carried out in accordance with regulations, gradually creating stability and professionalism in management. In addition, the management of finance, assets, and union members is established in accordance with the Charter and instructions of the General Confederation of Labor, ensuring publicity, transparency, economy, and efficiency.
Therefore, although the apparatus is still compact and the personnel are part-time, the Ward Trade Union still creates a working atmosphere of solidarity, responsibility and creativity, gradually affirming the position and role of the Trade Union organization in the political and social life at the grassroots level.
This is also the premise for the Dong Da Ward Trade Union to achieve the key targets set by the First Congress, term 2025 - 2030. That is to strive to achieve and exceed the target of developing union members and grassroots unions assigned by the City Labor Federation every year. Strive for 85% or more of union members and workers in the ward to be propagandized, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly understood the Party's guidelines and Resolutions, and the State's laws and policies related to labor and trade unions. Strive for the entire term for 85% of enterprises and units with trade unions to negotiate and sign Collective Labor Agreements in accordance with the provisions of law. One of the solutions that Dong Da Ward Trade Union will implement is to innovate the direction and implementation organization. Immediately after the Congress, focus on developing the Operating Regulations of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee; developing a full-term, annual activity program, and work program according to the topics.
The Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union select key and key issues and work contents, clearly identify tasks that need to be focused on, implemented at each time, avoid spreading them out; clearly identify shortcomings, promptly direct proactive and creative management.
