According to the City Labor Federation, in the first quarter of 2026, the City Trade Union levels will continue to carry out propaganda and mobilization work for union members, civil servants and laborers of the Capital to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the direction of the General Confederation.
The content of propaganda focused on mobilizing union members and workers to participate in overcoming 05 major bottlenecks of Hanoi city, emphasizing the significance and urgency of the task; the roadmap and implementation solutions of the City; propaganda work for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
In which, directing Trade Union levels to promote widespread propaganda on press agencies, electronic information pages, digital platforms and social networks (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube...), ensuring accurate and timely information to officials, union members, workers and employees about the meaning and importance of the election; rights and obligations of voters; regulations of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies at all levels. At the same time, directing grassroots trade unions to proactively negotiate and coordinate with employers to develop flexible production plans, creating favorable conditions for 100% of workers to participate in the election according to regulations.
Organized 2 legal communication events on the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for 600 officials, union members, and workers; and at the same time organized 15 propaganda and legal education classes on election work at grassroots trade unions with more than 1,800 workers participating, contributing to raising legal awareness, civic responsibility awareness and the spirit of participating in building a socialist rule-of-law state among union members and workers.
