Accordingly, in order to practically celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026), the 72nd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Day (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2026), the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026) and Workers' Month 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union organizes the 2026 Open Pickleball Championship.
The tournament has the participation of nearly 50 athletes from 4 grassroots trade union units directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union, including: Company 990, Specialized Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Police, Logistics Department, Political Work Department and 4 guest units including: Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, City Young Entrepreneurs Association, CEP Microfinance Organization and Zocker Co., Ltd.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union, the expanded Pickleball Championship is an opportunity for exchange and solidarity between grassroots trade unions in the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union and non-core units. At the same time, it contributes to raising the awareness of officials and union members in exercising and physical training to serve their work well.
After a lively competition session, the Open Pickleball Championship of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union in 2026 was a great success, truly a healthy and beneficial cultural and spiritual playground for officials and union members in the City Police.
