The Trade Union of Hai Phong City Police organized a social security program, cultural exchange, and presented 15 gifts to the Le Chan Ward Association for the Blind; presented gifts and funding to Hoa Phuong Social Work and Children's Protection Center and the Children's Protection Center under the City Red Cross Society, with a total gift value of about 40 million VND.
