On May 17, at Khai Hoan Export Garment Factory (Anh Son District), Anh Son District Labor Federation coordinated with the Factory Trade Union to organize the "Summer Heat Relief" program and give gifts to workers on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025.
Accordingly, nearly 250 workers of the factory had a special lunch with a portion of added sugar, 1 box of yogurt and dessert. The dining atmosphere at home was more bustling than usual, when union officials directly visited each table, gave meals with warm greetings.
At the program, the District Labor Federation and the factory Trade Union presented 9 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each gift including 500,000 VND in cash and gifts worth 200,000 VND. The gifts are small but contain great meaning, bringing joy and motivation to workers on hot days.
According to the Anh Son District Labor Federation, Workers' Month is an opportunity for the union to demonstrate its practical care for workers. Although each gift and word of encouragement is small, it can help them overcome difficulties, love their work more and stick with the business.
The "Summer Warmth" program not only spreads the spirit of sharing but also shows the close concern of the trade union organization for the lives of workers - those who are contributing day and night to the production cycle.
