On May 17, at Sa Dec Industrial Park (Sa Dec City), the Trade Union of Truong Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company (Company) held a launching ceremony for the " Obsessed Women's Club" to celebrate Workers' Month 2025.
Mr. Ong Hang Van - Deputy General Director of the Company; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Industrial Parks Trade Union and 52 members of the Club attended.
The Ba Chua and Baby Club was established by the Trade Union in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors. Previously, the Trade Union also coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to establish a milk threshold and storage room to serve female union members, workers, and laborers raising young children.
At the ceremony, Chairman of the Trade Union of Phung Thi Company Ly Ngoc announced the Decision to establish a Club with 52 members headed by Ms. Le Thi Kim Vang and 2 deputy heads including: Le Thi Hong Nhung and Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc.
On this occasion, the club also approved the operation regulations including 6 chapters and 17 articles. Accordingly, the club is not only an organization that brings together female union members, workers, workers who are pregnant and raising children to protect their rights and legitimate rights and interests, but also the space to interact, share and support each other about maternity knowledge, raise children as well as balance between work and family.
On this occasion, the Industrial Parks Trade Union also presented support to 52 Club members with 500,000 VND each from socialized sources. This is considered a practical activity on taking care of the health of female union members and workers during pregnancy and raising young children and is even more meaningful when taking place right in the Workers' Month 2025.
