The Provincial Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Nam province coordinated with the Management Board of Economic Zones, Industrial Parks and Trade Unions of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to organize the Trade Union Union and Youth Workers' Festival in 2025.
The program has the participation of more than 1,000 union members, youth, and workers from grassroots unions of companies under the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam province operating in Industrial Parks.
This is one of the attractive and useful activities in the framework of the Trade Union members' Day, the youth of the 135th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19, 1890-19.2025); Celebrating 96 years of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union and responding to workers' month, the month of occupational safety and sanitation in 2025 by the Provincial Standing Committee, coordinating the Management Board of Economic Zone and Industrial Park, Trade Union of Economic Zones & Industrial Zones to coordinate.
In his opening speech, Mr. Hoang Van Thanh - Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union said that the year's festival has many meaningful and practical activities such as fire prevention and fighting training; exchanging football tournaments for young workers; competing in blindfolded sports to eat yogurt, taking water to the source; playing small games such as tug of war, modern sack jumping, solidarity strength, finding gems, team footsteps; competing in obstacle-crossing competitions, throwing football into baskets, and exciting races.
"For the track and field games, the Organizing Committee invited national coaches to manage the program with new and attractive games. Especially the talent competition for youth union members and workers, this is an opportunity for union members and workers to show their talents after stressful working hours," said Mr. Hoang Van Thanh - Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also presented gifts to 40 union members, each union member 1 million VND, and people in difficult circumstances due to work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and serious illnesses. At the same time, he honored young workers with good skills to benefit the enterprise and honored the outstanding grassroots union chairman.
