On November 13, the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company held the 13th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.
The congress was attended by leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union and 150 delegates representing 3,010 cadres, workers and civil servants of the entire Company.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the Company still maintains stable jobs for 3,010 employees, with an average income of 12.93 to 15.13 million VND/person/month, an increase of 51.63% compared to the period of 2018 - 2022.
During this period, the Company's Trade Union admitted 241 new employees; provided professional training for nearly 1,030 union officials from the department to the Company level; introduced and trained 63 outstanding union members admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Activities to care for the lives are being implemented synchronously: The Union has surveyed and implemented the construction of 10 "Union Shelters"; organized 1,746 domestic and international tours and vacations for workers; implemented the "Union Meal" program in 2024 and 2025 for 5,735 union members; coordinated periodic health check-ups for 9,082 workers.

The company's trade union also visited more than 18,000 workers in difficulty, illness, holidays, birthdays... with a total amount of over 10 billion VND.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Company's Trade Union has determined to focus on innovating the organizational model in the direction of streamlining, professionalism, and efficiency; promoting the application of digital transformation in trade union activities; caring for the lives, welfare, and income of workers.
Promote the patriotic emulation movement associated with green transformation, contributing to the implementation of the sustainable development goals of the Company and the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group.
The key indicators approved by the Congress include: Coordinating with the professional team to arrange enough jobs, improve labor productivity to achieve and exceed the annual plan assigned by TKV; Average income for workers increases by 3 - 5%/year; Every year, support the construction and repair of at least one "Union Shelter" house for workers in difficult circumstances.

Introduce 16 or more outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission, striving for over 90% of admission. Promoting the movement "Good workers, Creative workers", each year at least 250 initiatives are recognized and applied to production.
At the congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term XXIII, 2025 - 2030.
The newly launched Executive Committee has expressed its determination to continue innovating trade union activities, accompanying the professional team to care for the lives, jobs and welfare of workers, contributing to building a sustainable development of the Company.
