In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Company has awarded the title of Good Worker to 890 workers, Mr. Nguyen Van Viet - Chairman of the Trade Union of Cong Tien Garment Joint Stock Company (Long Thuan Ward, Dong Thap Province) - is proud to share about the achievements of the emulation movement launched by the Trade Union organization.
Thus, on average, the company has nearly 300 employees each year with the title of Good Worker, an extremely impressive number. It is even more impressive when this appears in a company with only more than 1,000 employees. More specifically, most of these Good Workers have a common starting point: through the launching of patriotic emulation movements by the Trade Union organization, having registered and launched practical initiatives, focusing on key stages in the chain, contributing to improving product quality and production efficiency.

A typical example is the response to the Program "01 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, which has had 72 initiatives recognized and applied in practice, benefiting the Company up to 1.5 billion VND.

More proudly, 7 employees were honored to receive the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and especially 1 excellent employee received the Nguyen Duc Canh Award - a noble award for employees directly involved in production. That is not to mention the value of these initiatives and improvements that have brought the company many large rewards that are difficult to measure in money.
This is not a sudden achievement, but an annual event at Cong Tien Garment Joint Stock Company. Because in the past 5 years alone, creative labor movements, technical improvements... launched by the Trade Union have attracted hundreds of workers to respond. With only over 300 outstanding initiatives, it has helped the company save over 10 billion VND
The great driving force of technology innovation
The Trade Union organization itself has spread motivation for our employees to create initiatives, Ms. Tran Thi Anh Thu - author of 2 initiatives that save the company over 200 million VND/year - shared.
Accordingly, in addition to quickly responding to patriotic emulation movements in the Trade Union system, the needs for modernizing technical stages and processes in the factory, the company's Trade Union, headed by Mr. Nguyen Van Viet, also regularly innovates the content and methods of launching and nurturing to maximize the response of employees.
First of all, it is necessary to develop flexible reward regulations to train employees.
Accordingly, all initiatives from unsuccessful initiatives to beneficial initiatives will receive bonuses. But the most important thing is to build a mechanism for all employees to easily and boldly register for initiatives. That is the fact that the Executive Board of the Trade Union has been quick to apply digital technology to arouse the spirit of initiative among employees. The most prominent is the successful consultation and implementation of the model " applying Google Form and QR Code to receive initiatives from workers in the village".
Previously, writing manual initiative forms made workers afraid. Since the application of technology, QR codes have been pasted right on sewing lines, so whenever there is an idea, workers just need to use their smartphone to scan the code and fill in information as an immediate recording system, synthesize and quickly respond to the author. This approach not only creates convenience and modernity but also stimulates excitement, removes psychological barriers, and helps workers feel that their opinions are respected, Mr. Viet clearly explained.
