Promoting initiatives to improve labor efficiency
According to the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" at enterprises in recent times has aroused the spirit of creativity, helping workers proactively participate in improvement, making practical contributions to production and development goals of the unit.
The movement has been responded to by many workers because it creates an environment to encourage new ideas, helping them boldly propose useful solutions. Many initiatives, although small, are highly effective when applied to production practice.
In the past time, Tra Bac Joint Stock Company has recorded 213 initiatives, of which 133 initiatives were recognized at the provincial level. The union plays a key role in mobilizing and supporting union members to develop practical ideas in production activities.
Mr. Dinh Van Hieu - Chairman of Tra Bac Joint Stock Company - said that every initiative, no matter how small, still brings clear benefits. The company considers efficiency as a measure and attaches it to timely reward policies to encourage continuous innovation.
At Furukawa Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., in 2025, 125 initiatives will be applied, helping to save more than 10.7 billion VND in costs. The initiatives also contribute to improving productivity, improving processes and increasing income for employees in the enterprise.

Enhancing the emulation movement
Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in recent times, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor at all levels has actively organized a patriotic emulation movement, the core of which is the movement "Good workers, creative workers".
According to Mr. Linh, the Trade Union also directly coordinates with enterprises to review, commend and honor effective initiatives, models and technical solutions. Emulation activities are always associated with major movements of the province and the whole country to create a widespread influence.
Many initiatives at enterprises have generated billions of VND in profits, contributing significantly to increasing productivity and improving the income of workers. The close coordination between the Trade Union, business leaders and workers is considered a decisive factor in the effectiveness of the movement.
According to Mr. Linh, the achieved results clearly demonstrate the capacity, sense of responsibility and contribution of union members and workers in socio-economic development.
"This is also an important basis for the Provincial Trade Union to continue to innovate and improve the quality of the emulation movement in the coming time," Mr. Linh added.
