According to the plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), from February 9-15, trade union levels will continue to synchronously implement many key tasks to care for the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year for union members and workers.
The focus is on coordinating with the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to organize the "Trade Union Year-end Meal" Program at GENNOVA GROUP Co., Ltd., Giao Long Industrial Park, creating a sumptuous and warm atmosphere at the end of the year.
Along with that, the Trade Union continues to grasp the situation of salaries, bonuses, and Tet holidays of workers; monitor social insurance debts (if any), promptly resolve difficulties, and prevent labor disputes from arising.
The Provincial Labor Federation strengthens monitoring, urging, and guiding grassroots trade unions to overcome limitations according to inspection and supervision conclusions; and at the same time provide professional support to the Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions, improving the quality of operations.
Propaganda activities continue to be maintained on the Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Website, promoting infographics and propaganda videos, reflecting Trade Union activities; especially focusing on propaganda about the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
During this time, the Provincial Labor Federation issued a plan to summarize 15 years of implementing Resolution 6a/NQ-TLĐ; a plan to organize the "Men in the Kitchen" Contest in 2026; assigning officials and employees to be on duty during Tet according to regulations.
The Trade Union continues to finalize financial revenue and expenditure of grassroots Trade Unions in 2025; and at the same time promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots Trade Unions, and grassroots trade unions in enterprises.
Notably, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to advise on organizing visits and giving 100 gifts to union members and workers, with a total budget of 130 million VND, contributing to helping workers celebrate a warm Tet.
