These are typical examples of overcoming difficulties to achieve high results in the 2024-2025 school year. Each student is a different story in life, but the biggest common point is the need to overcome all difficulties to achieve excellent results. Their academic achievements and the spirit of overcoming difficulties have inspired students throughout Vinh Phuc province.

Ms. Trinh Thi Thoa - President of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Federation of Labor - said: In recent years, Vinh Phuc has always paid deep attention to the work of caring for, educating and protecting children, especially those in difficult circumstances. The province has issued many specific policies such as Resolution No. 12 of the Provincial People's Council, which annually spends tens of billions of VND to support poor and near-poor students to overcome difficulties and study well.
The Vinh Phuc Provincial Trade Union also actively implements many practical activities to improve the material and spiritual life of union members' families and children. Notable are projects such as: "Improving the lives of workers in industrial parks and clusters" and "Health consultation, occupational disease prevention, maternal skills for female workers" for the period 2024-2028.
At the same time, emulation movements such as "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Women who actively study, work creatively, build happy families" are also widely implemented.

Giving gifts, encouraging and praising the children of workers, civil servants and laborers on holidays and Tet has contributed to motivating them to strive to study, while helping workers feel secure in their work and stay with their agencies and enterprises.
Responding to the 2025 Action Month for Children with the theme " Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children", Vinh Phuc provincial trade unions at all levels will continue to concretize and effectively implement the policies and guidelines of the Party, State and the province on child care and education; coordinate with departments and branches to implement many practical activities, building families of workers, civil servants and laborers to be prosperous, progressive and happy.
