Officially put into production since 2021, Nihon Plast Vietnam Co., Ltd., Thang Long 3 Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen) is a 100% Japanese-invested enterprise, specializing in the production of spare parts and accessories for cars and other motor vehicles; creating stable jobs for more than 300 workers and laborers with an average income of 7-10 million VND/person/month.
Every year, the company's trade union coordinates with business leaders to organize labor conferences and periodic dialogues once a year. The conference focused on contents related to production activities, implementation of regimes and policies between employers and employees.
Ms. Hoang Thi Lan - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Nihon Plast Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said: "Most of the proposed opinions of workers focus on improving working conditions and policies. The opinions given by workers are all respected, listened to, and agreed by business leaders to continue to improve to create a better working environment".
In addition, many regimes have been implemented higher than the law such as organizing periodic health check-ups with more examination items, worth more than 1 million VND/person/examination; adding 2 special meals worth 30,000 VND/month (usually 25,000 VND) and 1 extra meal; increasing performance bonuses based on work achievements, environmental allowances, life allowances...
Similarly, Partron Vina Co., Ltd., Khai Quang Industrial Park (Vinh Yen) is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise, specializing in the production of electronic components; creating stable jobs for 3,500 employees with an average income of 9 - 11 million VND/person/month.
The company's trade union regularly organizes dialogues, visits, grasps the thoughts and aspirations of union members, thereby proactively proposing solutions to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha - a worker at Partron Vina Co., Ltd. - shared: After more than 10 years of working, I have always felt secure because the Board of Directors and the union listen to the opinions of workers. Through dialogue and collective bargaining, the trade union has signed agreements with many beneficial provisions such as rest time, regime for pregnant female workers and low-child caregivers.
Deploying more welfare programs
Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province - said that in order to improve the income and working conditions of workers, trade unions at all levels continue to direct the negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements, organize dialogue conferences between workers and employers to improve working conditions, increase wages and income for workers. At the same time, regularly implement welfare programs, accompany and support union members in difficult circumstances.
Currently, in Vinh Phuc province, there are 5 projects to build houses for workers and low-income people that have been completed and put into use with 1,623 houses. From the beginning of 2025 to now, Vinh Phuc has started construction of 2 social housing projects; it is expected that from now until the end of August, the province will start construction of 6 social housing projects and works with a scale of 2,190 apartments.
In addition, bus routes in the area have been put into stable operation, many routes have been invested in new, modern vehicles, meeting the travel needs of workers.
The Trade Union of Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks also regularly coordinates with agencies, departments, branches, and enterprises to organize many entertainment, cultural, artistic, and sports activities for union members, and organize film screenings to serve workers in boarding houses...
"We are continuing to coordinate with agencies and enterprises to regularly inspect, examine and supervise the implementation of labor laws, regimes and policies as well as promote propaganda and dissemination of laws, organize activities to improve the material and spiritual life of workers" - Ms. Bang Hai Ninh expressed.
