According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union), the survey form set is the result of a laborious research and development process with the participation of advisory councils, experts, professional departments and many rounds of opinion gathering and pilot surveys at units in the system. The content of the survey form has been adjusted many times to ensure scientific, easy-to-understand, practical and fully reflect the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
According to the Decision, the two survey forms will be used uniformly throughout the VNPT Trade Union system to collect information, evaluate and analyze factors affecting the level of happiness of employees as well as satisfaction with the operation of grassroots trade unions.
VNPT Trade Union said that, unlike traditional surveys that only focus on the level of satisfaction, the 2026 survey questionnaire set is built in a comprehensive approach, assessing many aspects of life and the working environment such as working conditions, corporate culture, care policies, development opportunities, cohesion, trust in the trade union organization and the level of trade union companionship in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The survey results will be the official database to calculate the VNPT employee happiness index and the satisfaction index of union members and employees for grassroots trade unions in 2026. This will also be an important basis to help the VNPT Trade Union assess the actual effectiveness of the activities of trade union levels, identify contents that need to be further innovated, and at the same time develop practical programs and solutions to improve the quality of care, representation and protection of union members and employees in the context that the Group is promoting digital transformation and developing towards technology orientation.
VNPT Trade Union clearly stipulates that the principle of survey implementation must ensure objectivity, truthfulness, and transparency; survey information is managed and used for the right purposes to serve research, evaluation and improve the quality of trade union activities. All amendments and supplements to the survey questionnaire content must be considered and decided by the VNPT Trade Union Standing Committee to ensure uniformity throughout the system.
The official issuance of 2 sets of survey forms continues to affirm the determination of VNPT Trade Union in innovating operating methods in a modern direction, managing by data, listening to workers' voices and taking union members' experiences as a measure of operational efficiency.
This is not only an annual survey but also an important tool to help trade unions at all levels fully grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby proposing practical solutions, contributing to building an increasingly professional, humane, happy and sustainable working environment, accompanying the development goals of VNPT Group in the new period.
