According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union), in order for the program to be implemented effectively and practically, the VNPT Trade Union requests affiliated trade unions to widely inform union members and employees about the content, time and method of participating in the program; propagate on the website, fanpage, Zalo group, Facebook, email and media platforms of the unit.
At the same time, mobilize union members and workers to follow the online program; encourage union members to interact, share the program and send questions about salaries, welfare, and personal income tax.
VNPT Trade Union requests affiliated trade unions to proactively grasp and summarize questions, difficulties, and obstacles of union members related to salaries, benefits and personal income tax; guide union members to send questions or reflections to VNPT Trade Union for summarization.
After the program, affiliated trade unions summarize the implementation results, in which clearly state the form of propaganda; the number of union members participating; issues and questions of concern; proposals and recommendations (if any), send to VNPT Trade Union before October 5, 2026 for synthesis and reporting to the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology.
