Through propaganda, the Ba Na Commune Trade Union hopes to not only provide knowledge to workers but also raise awareness, proactively learn about and comply with the law of workers, limit labor disputes, contribute to building harmonious and stable relationships in enterprises.
The Ba Na Commune Trade Union was assigned by the Da Nang City Labor Federation to manage 26 grassroots trade unions under its management in Hoa Vang, Hoa Tien and Ba Na communes, with a total of nearly 2,500 union members.
