Announcing the decision to appoint the Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Ha Tinh People's Council
On the afternoon of August 13, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) and the People's Council of Ha Tinh province held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.
On August 8, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 1666-QD/TU on the transfer of Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council for the competent authority to appoint him to the position of Chief of Office.
Accordingly, on August 13, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council issued Decision No. 368/QD-HDND on appointing Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung - Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office to hold the position of Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council from August 13, 2025; the term of office is 5 years.
The former Chairman of the Go Vap District People's Committee became Secretary of the Go Vap Ward Party Committee
On August 12, the Go Vap Ward Party Committee (HCMC) held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
At the congress, the Party Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Go Vap Ward Party Committee launched the congress.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee issued a decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, and the Inspection Committee of the Go Vap Ward Party Committee. The Go Vap Ward Party Committee consists of 27 members, of which Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung - former Chairman of the Go Vap District People's Committee (old) was appointed as Secretary of the Go Vap Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Go Vap Ward People's Council.
Mr. Phung Kien Giang was appointed as Permanent Deputy Secretary; Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan Trang was appointed as Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and Mr. Ngo Dinh Luu Tieng was appointed as Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Go Vap Ward.
Mr. Dang Dong Anh holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the most populous ward in Hai Phong
On August 12, Le Chan Ward, Hai Phong held the official session of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of the Le Chan Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 including 32 people; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee includes 11 people.
Mr. Dang Dong Anh, member of the City Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; Mr. Pham Van Tan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Le Chan Ward Party Committee.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Long announced Decision No. 9501-QD/TU (August 8, 2025) of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee deciding to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the City Party Committee.
