Units with a large concentration of workers should organize Tet Sum vay (Reunion Tet) for union members and workers. In addition, it is necessary to review workers from afar who need to return to their hometowns for Tet to support means of transportation or train and bus tickets...
Along with that, grassroots trade unions coordinate to organize the "Trade Union Year-end Meal" of Binh Ngo Tet 2026 for union members and workers. The value of meals in the "Trade Union Year-end Meal" is 70,000 VND/meal from grassroots trade union financial sources and the value from business sponsorship or other socialized sources...
In the coming time, the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union will also coordinate with the Group's leaders to organize delegations to visit and give gifts to units that continuously work without Tet holidays and visit families in difficult circumstances, families with people with occupational accidents, policy families, give gifts to children of officials and workers with disabilities, Agent Orange infections... with a total amount spent on Tet care activities of more than 2.353 billion VND.
Trade union proactively negotiates with professional leaders
According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, by the end of 2025, 100% of employees in Vietnam National Chemical Group will be fully insured for social insurance according to regulations. Some units also purchase personal insurance, life insurance for employees, and support medical examination and treatment costs for employees. In particular, 100% of units have signed collective labor agreements (CLAs) ensuring benefits for employees. Over 90% of CLAs of enterprises have at least 2 clauses that are more beneficial for employees...
Some typical clauses such as longevity wishes for mothers and fathers over 80 years old on the occasion of Tet, support for medical examination and treatment for employees; support for childcare; purchase of personal and life insurance for employees; visiting regimes such as filial piety and affection are over 1 million VND/time, employees reaching retirement age are entitled to 3 months of early retirement with full salary and visits abroad; allow employees to take 2 days off if their siblings die or when there is a wedding of their children, support for rent...

From 2024, the company organized for 125 direct workers with excellent achievements to travel to Singapore and Malaysia; in 2025, the company's trade union also gave travel gifts in the above 2 countries to employees on leave.
