On February 6th, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union organized a delegation to visit and wish Tet to former leaders and trade union officials of all periods living in the area and surrounding areas. The activity aims to express gratitude for the contributions of previous generations to the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.

At the destinations, the delegation cordially inquired about health and life, and at the same time expressed gratitude for the persistent contributions of veteran Trade Union officials. Commune Trade Union leaders also quickly reported on the outstanding results of the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the past year and wished to continue to receive attention and contributions from former leaders.
During the visit, the delegation visited Ms. Nguyen Thi Ninh (89 years old), former Trade Union official at the Packaging Export Garment Enterprise under the Ministry of Foreign Trade, currently residing in Nui Thanh commune. She is the mother of Nguyen Duc Hai, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited former leaders of the Quang Nam - Da Nang Provincial Labor Federation (old), the Nui Thanh District Labor Federation, Tra My district (old) and the Duc Phu Farm Trade Union.
The Tet gifts given not only have material significance but also show the inheritance and responsibility of today's generation of Trade Union officials in continuing to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
