3 Deputy Ministers have new tasks

Standing Deputy Minister of Health Vu Manh Ha and 2 other Deputy Ministers were assigned to be members of the Central Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung - Chairman of the Central Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education - has just signed Decision No. 08/QD-HDPH consolidating members of this Council.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Council is Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung.

Council members include:

- Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Alternate Member of the 14th Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Minister of Health to be a Council Member replacing Mr. Nguyen Tri Thuc - Deputy Minister of Health.

- Mr. Do Thanh Trung - Deputy Minister of Finance as a Member of the Council replacing Mr. Ho Sy Hung - former Deputy Minister of Finance.

- Mr. Pham Duc Long - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology as a Councilor replacing Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

The above decision takes effect from February 5, 2026.

The Central Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education has the task of advising and assisting the Government and the Prime Minister in directing and coordinating the implementation of the following tasks:

- Develop and implement solutions to strengthen the Party's leadership in disseminating and educating the law, providing legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Improve policies and laws on dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Develop, promulgate and urge, inspect, and reward the organization of the implementation of programs, projects, and plans of the Government and the Prime Minister on dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Implement digital transformation in dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Deploy the work of disseminating and educating laws, providing legal aid and legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses in fields, localities, and subjects that need inter-sectoral coordination to achieve socio-economic development goals, ensure national defense, security, and social security; implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of coordination in implementing activities of disseminating and educating laws, providing legal aid and legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses in accordance with legal regulations.

- Implement solutions to improve capacity for agencies, organizations, and individuals responsible for coordinating activities in dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.
