On the afternoon of April 27, the Trade Union of Cu Jut commune (Lam Dong province) said that it had just coordinated with sponsors and people to build a solar power system for Chang hamlet (hamlet 1 Cu Knia).
The project includes a lighting system on an inter-village road more than 1km long, installing 17 solar light bulbs and auxiliary equipment.
The total cost is more than 20 million VND from trade union sources, contributions from people and support from Phong Phu granite facility.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ut - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cu Jut commune - hamlet Chang, there are nearly 20 households, whose lives are still difficult, mainly relying on agricultural production such as cashew, pepper, coffee, and rice cultivation.
The crushed stone road previously encountered many obstacles for nighttime travel. Putting the project into use helps people travel more conveniently, contributing to ensuring security and order, and limiting theft at night.
This is a project to celebrate the success of the 1st Trade Union Congress of Cu Knia commune, term 2026–2030.
