On January 17, the Trade Union of Thang An commune, Da Nang city, held a conference to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of An Phat Dai Nam Co., Ltd.
The conference announced the decision of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on admitting 72 company employees to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; establishing the grassroots Trade Union of An Phat Dai Nam Co., Ltd.
The Executive Committee of An Phat Dai Nam Co., Ltd. has 5 members; Mr. Ngo Ngoc An was appointed as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union; The Inspection Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union includes 3 members, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet was appointed as Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long - Chairman of Thang An Commune Trade Union said: the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the admission of union members is an important milestone, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, while building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at An Phat Dai Nam Co., Ltd.
