According to the Trade Union of Muong Lay TTYT, Dien Bien province, in 2025, emulation movements at the unit have achieved impressive results.
Specifically, the collective and individuals of the Center were honored to be awarded 1 collective Certificate of Merit, 1 individual Certificate of Merit; along with 4 collective Certificates of Merit and 17 individual Certificates of Merit at all levels.
Regarding professional work, 100% of departments, rooms and ward health stations achieved the title of Advanced Labor Collective. The whole unit has 13 collectives and 119 individuals achieving the title of Advanced Labor; 16 individuals achieving the title of Grassroots Emulation Soldier.
Dien Bien Department of Health awarded Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives and 34 individuals of the Center. Notably, 100% of mass organizations at the unit were evaluated as completing tasks well or better.
For employees, over 99% of officials and employees achieved the title of Advanced Laborer; more than 85% successfully completed their tasks, of which 16 individuals were evaluated as excellently completing their tasks.
According to the Trade Union of Muong Lay TTYT, in the past year, 100% of officials, employees, and laborers have responded to emulation movements; seriously implemented democracy regulations, working regulations, office culture, codes of conduct and internal spending regulations.
In 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Muong Lay TTYT continues to promote emulation movements associated with professional tasks.Improve the quality of cadres and public employees in terms of ethics, expertise and sense of responsibility.
