To celebrate the 116th anniversary of International Women's Day March 8th and Youth Month 2026, recently the Trade Union in coordination with the Youth Union of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company organized many practical activities, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among all officials, employees and workers.
To show gratitude for the contributions of female workers, Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company has spent more than 203 million VND to organize commemorative activities on March 8th.
Specifically, the Company directly gave gifts to 411 female cadres, employees and contract workers at a rate of 300,000 VND/person. The company's Trade Union also presented 330 gifts, each worth 200,000 VND, to female union members.
In addition, the Trade Union also pays attention to the spiritual life of women when launching a campaign for all female workers and civil servants to wear ao dai from August 4, 2026.
This activity is to respond to "Ao Dai Week 2026" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, thereby honoring the graceful beauty and affirming the important role and position of female union members in the development of businesses.

The Trade Union has coordinated with the Company's Youth Union to organize the Launching Ceremony of Youth Month 2026 at the premises of Dien Bien Rubber Processing Plant (Thanh Nua commune).
At the launching ceremony, youth union members and trade unions organized the planting of memorial green trees in the factory premises; renovated and re-planned the flower and ornamental plant planting area; attached a plaque to the project "Welcoming the Youth Month and celebrating the 116th anniversary of International Women's Day March 8th".
