On September 21 and 22, Yen Bai City Labor Federation coordinated with Van Chan district to organize environmental cleaning to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Accordingly, 400 union members of Yen Bai City Labor Federation and Van Chan District Labor Federation participated in dredging sewers, collecting garbage, leveling mud and dirt on roads, corridors, tree beds... in the area of ​​Hong Ha theater, Nguyen Du Stadium and National Historical Relic Site - Yen Bai City Stadium.

Due to the impact of storm No. 3, 4,831 union member and worker households in Yen Bai were affected. Of these, 8 union members and workers died and 43 union member families had their houses collapsed.

In Yen Bai city alone, 2 union members died, and nearly 1,000 families of union members and workers suffered losses.
