Sharing the difficulties of union members, Yen Bai Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Red Scarf Support Fund to visit, encourage and give 60 gifts (essential necessities for daily life) to 60 union members.

Immediately after the flood receded, grassroots unions promoted "four on-the-spot" mobilization to help clean up affected houses, arrange accommodation, provide food, water, and at the same time allocate part of the union budget to visit and encourage families affected by natural disasters.
Similarly, right from the first days of the flood, the Van Chan District Labor Federation mobilized to help union members, workers and employees affected by natural disasters such as supporting necessities and necessary equipment after the flood; launching and mobilizing 708 union members and workers to participate in 828 working days of cleaning up mud and garbage, cleaning classrooms and school facilities.

Also during this period, the District Labor Federation organized a delegation of 70 union members, workers and civil servants to volunteer to help overcome difficulties and clean up the area of Hong Ha ward, Yen Bai city.
It is expected that on September 21 and 22, we will continue to mobilize forces to support flood relief in the city," said Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of the Van Chan District Labor Federation.
