Thai Binh Grassroots Social Insurance and Hung Yen Provincial Social Insurance publicly announced the list of 60 units evading social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions in July 2026.
According to the list publicly announced on the Electronic Information Portal, the amount of late payment and evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance is statistically determined until the end of June 2026.
In the list, there are many units with late payment amounts from hundreds of millions to more than 2 billion VND. Notably, 379 Urban Development and Construction Co., Ltd. has a late payment amount of 2.608 billion VND; Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company is late payment of 3.441 billion VND.
Some other units have large amounts of late payments such as 30/6 Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd. with more than 1.82 billion VND; Thai Binh Food Joint Stock Company with more than 1.802 billion VND; Hoan My Export Embroidery Co., Ltd. with more than 1.322 billion VND; X&T Production and Trading Co., Ltd. with more than 1.324 billion VND and SEAHOUSE Vietnam Co., Ltd. with more than 1.271 billion VND.
The list also recorded many businesses with late payment amounts from tens to hundreds of millions of VND. In which, Thai Ha Thanh Dat Trading and Service Joint Stock Company late payment more than 220.2 million VND; QDH Investment Joint Stock Company more than 266.3 million VND; Lam Chi Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. more than 186.9 million VND.
According to the document, the list is made according to Form D15-TS, issued together with Decision No. 366/QD-BHXH dated April 29, 2026 of Vietnam Social Security.
