On July 26, the Trade Union of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. organized the excellent skills contest for workers in 2026.
Attending the program were Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Board of Directors, the company's Trade Union and hundreds of union members and workers.
Speaking at the opening, Ms. Duong Thi Hai - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Venus Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. - said that the contest is a practical activity for workers, celebrating the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
Through the contest, the company's Trade Union hopes that levels, sectors and business leaders will continue to pay attention to and create conditions for union members and workers to train and affirm their capacity and skills in production labor; and at the same time promptly commend and reward individuals with outstanding achievements.
The contest is also an opportunity for workers in the company to exchange, learn experiences, improve professional qualifications, professional skills, promote the spirit of creativity, and contribute to improving production efficiency.
At the contest, the teams competed enthusiastically in the cheers and enthusiastic encouragement of hundreds of union members and workers.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to teams with outstanding achievements in the competitions.
