Over the past time, the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province) has maintained many activities to care for union members and workers. Not only caring about material life, the trade union also focuses on cultural and artistic activities to create a space for exchange and help union members regenerate energy after working hours.
On July 19, Ms. Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong - Chairwoman of Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union said that the unit has launched the "Voice of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers of Binh Thuan Ward" Contest for the first time in 2026 - Loc Phat Award.
The contest aims to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026) and major holidays of the country. Immediately after the launch, many union members registered to participate, promising to bring a vibrant atmosphere to the contest.

Not only is it a competition to find good voices, this is also an opportunity for union members and workers to meet, exchange and share their passion for music.
The performances prepared after working hours also contribute to enriching spiritual life and spreading cultural and artistic movements in grassroots trade unions.
Contestants are union members and workers of grassroots trade unions managed by the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union. Each contestant will perform two songs in solo form, including a song about Uncle Ho and a self-selected song.
The theme of songs encourages praising the Party, homeland, country, trade union organization and workers. The organizing committee receives applications until the end of July 22.
To facilitate union members' participation without affecting work at the unit, the contest is expected to take place on the weekend of July 31st and August 1st. The organizers will award prizes A, B, C, consolation prizes and the most favorite contestant prize through voting on Facebook.
With the first contest being held, the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union expects to create another cultural rendezvous for union members after working hours.
The songs not only bring a joyful atmosphere but also contribute to uniting workers, adding motivation for them to enthusiastically compete in labor, production and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
