On the morning of May 18, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones opened the 2025 Workers' Creative Day. This is an activity in a series of activities during Workers' Month and in response to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025. According to the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, the 2025 Workers' Innovation Festival will contribute to improving skills, encouraging creativity and innovation among the workforce.
The 2025 Workers' Creative Day is organized for the first time for workers in industrial parks and high-tech zones. This is a playground to encourage the emulation movement of good labor, creative labor, technical improvement, improvement of labor productivity and product quality. At the same time, organize mass physical education and sports movements to facilitate exchanges and understanding between units and union members," said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, the 2025 Workers' Creative Day will contribute to developing solidarity, building cultural life at the grassroots level, contributing to the effective implementation of the tasks of agencies, units, and enterprises and building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
At the ceremony, the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" Competition for ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions in production and environmental improvement attracted 8 teams with 8 initiatives from 6 companies. With the theme "Union members and workers innovate techniques, protect the environment confidently to enter a new era - the era of national growth", the contest is a place for workers to demonstrate their creativity and propose useful technical solutions for production.
At the same time, the 2025 Electronics Industry Skilled Workers Competition also took place on the same day with the participation of 32 union members and workers from 8 companies. Through two knowledge and practice competitions, the contest evaluated and honored highly skilled workers, contributing to improving the quality of human resources in the electronics industry.
Spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing
In addition to the 2025 Workers' Creative Festival, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones also organizes many other practical and meaningful activities such as the 18th Traditional Workers' Football Tournament, which took place enthusiastically with the competition of 35 men's teams and 7 women's teams from 36 units; The Workers', Civil Servants' and Laborers' Sports Festival with badminton and tug of war also attracted a large number of participants, contributing to improving the health and physical training of workers.
In particular, propaganda work on worker security and union member development has been promoted with more than 300 union members and workers attending the classes. The program to visit and support union members and workers facing difficulties due to work-related accidents and serious illnesses has demonstrated the concern and sharing of the trade union organization for workers, with a total support amount of up to 304 million VND.
Humanitarian blood donation activities, Workers' conferences combined with the program "Thank you to workers" and "Union Meal" have contributed to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, increasing the connection between workers and the trade union organization.
