Workers win a prize of 1.4 billion VND by drawing lots

Ho Chi Minh City - Workers of Y A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. will participate in a cash prize draw program worth 1.4 billion VND.

On January 10, the grassroots trade union of A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company has just approved the 2026 year-end program for all union members and workers.

The program aims to create an atmosphere to welcome the 2026 Lunar New Year. Thereby, increasing joy and solidarity for employees in the enterprise. In addition, this is also an activity to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members during Tet.

Participating in the program, workers will be immersed in the atmosphere of music welcoming the new year with the theme of spring, love for homeland and country; participate in sports festivals with folk games and have a year-end party.

The most notable activity in this program is a cash prize draw for more than 1,300 workers participating. Accordingly, workers have the opportunity to draw 10 special prizes, each worth 10 million VND; 30 first prizes, each worth 8 million VND; 50 second prizes, each worth 5 million VND; 70 third prizes, each worth 3 million VND; 1,145 consolation prizes, each worth 600,000 VND. The total value of the prize draw program is 1.48 billion VND.

In 2025, although still facing many difficulties, businesses still want to work with the grassroots trade union to care for and share with workers. During Tet, the grassroots trade union proposed a year-end program and was approved by the Company's Board of Directors. This program will take place on January 24. This is one of the practical activities to care for the lives of union members and workers. All union members and workers participating receive spiritual and material rewards" - Ms. Le Thi Huong, Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union, said.

It is known that Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. has allocated 26 billion VND to reward Tet for employees. Depending on position, seniority and work efficiency, each employee is rewarded from 6-18 million VND. Technical staff are rewarded from 18-22 million VND, some people are rewarded 70 million VND.
